Results of LSAG Virtual Art Show

The Judging is Complete!

All of you who entered art in the LSAG 2022 Virtual Art Show via ArtCall will be able to see how you did, and you can all see the art entered by all competing local artists. You may also participate in the Zoom critique on Saturday, June 18, 2022 beginning at 10:00 a.m.

The link for the ArtCall web gallery will be active on Friday, June 17 at 10:00 a.m. at  https://lsag2022show.artcall.org/pages/web-gallery.

The LSAG 2022 Show and critiques with Judge Gary Hernandez will take place this Saturday, June 18 beginning at 10am via Zoom.

The artists that requested a critique when they entered the show will have one of their pieces critiqued by Mr. Hernandez. The order of the critiques will be by Division, starting with Division I. This will be followed by II, III, IV, VHS, VMS and VES. Within the Division, the order will be by artist last name. Artists must be present in the zoom meeting to get their critique. If time permits we may be able to do some additional critiques at the end of the process.

We ask that all artists on the zoom stay muted unless they are the one being critiqued. Then the artist’s name is announced, they should unmute themselves and let us know they are present. They may then communicate with the judge if needed.

Below is the zoom link to access the critiques:

Reminders – Spring Art Show & Competition

Our Spring 2022 Art Show and Competition is Getting Closer! The Time to Register Your Entries is now!

Everyone Planning on Entering or Contributing to Our Upcoming Art Show, Remember:

(1) You need to register your entries on the LSAG database. The deadline is midnight on Wednesday, April 27, but don’t leave it till the last minute. It’s a lot easier on our database manager not to have to process a lot of last minute entries all at once. You can add more entries later if you want to.

(2) You need to pay your membership fees ($20 for the remainder of this season). Please bring your fees to the show when you check in.

(3) If you signed one of our volunteer sheets, PLEASE contact Amy Conroy to confirm and receive additional instructions. Contact her directly at amymcleod.conroy@gmail.com

(4) If you don’t have any new artwork to enter, you can still bring your previous work to the Gallery, to be on display at the same time as the show. Be ready to display your contact information, in case anyone there wants to contact you later about purchasing your art.

(5) If you have art on display at Skero’s that you would like to enter into the show, contact Lynda Feierabend about taking it down temporarily.
