SHOW PROSPECTUS

LHAA Judged Show and Competition – April 30, 2022
Kingwood Community Center, 4102 Rustic Woods Drive, Kingwood, TX 77345

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Artwork Check In: 9:00 am – 10:30 am (show entry fee payment due at art work check in, cash and check only)
Judging: 11:00 am – 12:30 pm (Judge and Judge support team only)
Public Viewing and Reception: 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Judge Introduction, Best of Show Award Presented, Judge Critique and Walk Through: 2:00 pm
Artwork Pick Up/Show Take Down: 3:30 pm

Show Entries Accepted through midnight: Wednesday, April 27, 2022
All artists MUST pre-register on the LSAG database at lsag.wspub.com, no walk ins accepted

ENTRY FEES (PER ENTRY): (No refunds for entries entered but not received)
LHAA members: $8.00
LSAG members: $10.00
School Students: $2.00
Late Entries: N/A, no late entries accepted
