For All Artists Who Are Planning to Display Their Art at the Bender Center:

Set-up for the display is Monday, June 10, 2019 at 10:30 a.m.
The pre-showtime hours during which we need to be there are:

Friday, June 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 7 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday, July 12 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Takedown is tentatively scheduled for Monday, July 15 at 10:30 a.m.

Our presence is requested at the pre-show so that we can discuss our art with the public.  This will afford us an excellent opportunity to market our artwork.  If you have unavoidable previous plans that prevent your coming to one of the events, please make sure that someone is there who can answer questions about your work.

Participants should plan on bringing 3-4 art pieces.  That number may need to be adjusted during hanging on June 10, depending on how many total works are there.  There is no harm in having one or two extra artworks on hand in case extra space is available.

We are also encouraged to invite friends and family members to attend one or more of the shows at the Center.  These are musical programs intended to provide an enjoyable evening for the whole family.  You can find the schedule or performances on their website.

As a reminder, to be eligible to hang your art you must be a paid member and have helped us in some way during this season.
