Artwork Check-in: 9 am-10:30 am
Judging 11:00 am – 12:30 pm (Judge and support team only)
Public Viewing and Reception: 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Judge Intro, Best of Show Award, Judge Critique and Walk Through: 2:00 pm
Artwork Pick up/Show Take Down: 4:00 pm

Deadline for Show Entries: Monday, October 19, 2015
Late Entries accepted through Wednesday, October 21, 2015
All Artists MUST pre-register through the LSAG website, no walk-ins accepted.
Entry fees are due at the Artwork Check In.  Cash or check is acceptable.

Entry Fees (per entry):

LHAA members:  $8.00
LSAG members:  $10.00
School Students:  $2.00
Late Entries:  $10.00
No refunds for entries entered but not received
