If you would like to enter our fall show, it is not too late! Linda H 9If you need assistance entering the show, please contact Amy Conroy at amymcleod.conroy@gmail.comDon’t forget that we will have the Gallery Show as well if there is other art that you would like to exhibit that is not part of the judged show.Our show will be during early voting at the Community Center so the amount of foot traffic should be good.For those of you who have volunteered to help with panel retrieval and the set up at the Kingwood Community Center on Friday evening, the times have changed.Panel pick up will be at 3:30 pm at Amy’s house and show set up will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If you will be helping with panel pick up at 3:30 pm, please email Amy at amy mcleod.conroy@gmail.com. Those who help with set up on Friday may check in their art work Friday afternoon while helping; otherwise, art work check in is Saturday morning from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.Looking forward to seeing you at the show!
Deadline for Membership Dues
Please Remember:
The deadline for paying your membership dues if you want to enter your art in the Fall Show is midnight, Tuesday, October 15, 2019. You can pay at the general meeting tomorrow evening or online at any time.
If You Want to Submit Your Art to the Gallery:
Please include contact information for anyone who wants to buy your work. We are not allowed to post prices or to conduct sales at the Community Center, so your contact information is the way you can sell your artwork.
Reminder – Fall Art Show Entries Due Soon

Just a quick reminder that you MUST have your art show entries in by midnight on Wednesday, October 23. If you plan to submit your art, be sure to do it NOW!
Also:
If you have artwork that you would like to display for sale, but don’t want to enter into the show, we will have a gallery area for that purpose.
Be sure to enter soon! Contact us if you have difficulty.

Dates To Remember
Tuesday, October 15 – Deadline to pay your membership dues in order to enter the Fall Art Show and Competition. Pay online or bring your dues to the meeting!
Wednesday, October 23 – Deadline to enter the Fall Art Show and Competition. No exceptions! Use the LSAG website to enter your name and information. LSAG rules will not allow us to submit any entries after this date.
Saturday, October 26 – Fall Art Show and Competition! See the website under “Shows and Competitions” for more information about entering. Be sure to print out our poster! Distribute it to friends, family, and local businesses.
